The price you join at is the price you keep. From January 2027 the platform is £147 a month for new members. Anyone who joins before then stays on their original rate for as long as their subscription continues.
Both plans include the full platform with no feature restrictions. Email and SMS sending is charged on usage, as with any platform that sends on your behalf; you top up a balance and pay only for what you send. The annual plan is paid up front for twelve months and is not refundable part-way through the term, so if you would rather keep the flexibility, choose monthly. Your subscription starts automatically on day fifteen at whichever rate you chose when you signed up. If you decide it is not for you before then, cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
Yes, at any point. Switching starts a fresh twelve-month term from that date, and the remainder of your current month is not credited against it, so the tidiest time to switch is just before your next monthly payment is due.

No. The annual plan is paid up front for twelve months and is not refunded part-way through the term. You keep full access for the whole period you have paid for.
If you would rather not commit for a year, choose monthly. It costs more across twelve months but you can stop whenever you like.
Sending is charged on usage rather than included, as it is with every platform that sends on your behalf. You top up a balance and pay only for what you actually send.
For most coaching and service businesses this is a small amount each month. If you are running large campaigns to a big list it is worth asking for an estimate before you start.
No. The increase to £147 applies to new members joining from that point. Anyone already subscribed stays on the rate they joined at for as long as their subscription continues without a break.
If you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at whatever the current rate is.
